Renters Want to be  Environmentally Friendly

The demand for sustainable living is established and growing.

Even though there is no extra cost for solar electricity, surveys show that 75% of renters report that renters are willing to pay an additional average of $32.64 for an environmentally friendly apartment. (National Multifamily Housing Council) Apartment owners offering solar energy will become Certified Solar Apartments and set their property and brand apart.
